Topic: Using MDB with Polymer
fschoning free asked 6 years ago
Hi,
I recently got the jQuery Super Bundle and am wondering if there are best practices on how to use it with Polymer?
For example, from what little I know, Polymer wants the css in html files.
Thanks,
Franz

Thank you for sharing your conclusion with us!
Referring to your question - I'm a ReactJS fan, so the only technology I can recommend is React ;) But once again, we haven't tested your package using Polimer, so I can't tell if it works.
But web components is definitely an interesting topic, and I think in the future we will take a closer look at it.
Best,
Ania

Its appears that jQuery cannot access the shadow DOM in Web components, and so doesn't work with Polymer (css seems OK but the animations don't work). I would like to switch to one of the other libraries (Vue, React or Angular) but don't know which will work best with web components? Any suggestions please?
