Maybe you have not published the snippet? You have to publish your snippet to let others see it. Anyway, look at my snippet and try a code from there: https://mdbootstrap.com/snippets/jquery/marta-szymanska/1726535. You need to add a class .d-block to the first .row class and it will be fine. In the future, we will fix this in our package.
