Topic: [Billing] Subscription renewed without my confirmation

I was charged a renew subscription when I in fact did not subscribe to yearly subscription. I originally had one in 2023 but it expired, and now I'm suddenly charged one. Can you please cancel the the most recent subscription? I have not downloaded any of the assets. I would appreciate your help in this matter.
