Expected behavior Faster loading times on the Homepage of the MDB Website

Actual behavior

A performance score on Page Speed Insights for mobile of 40!!!!

Accessibility score = 75 Best Practices = 74 SEO = 86

I can literally get as good a score using Wordpress (and Divi which is renowned for being slow in loading). Why does MDB have such poor loading times? I was considering purchasing again because the Wordpress site I am creating isn't giving me me a Page Speed Insight above a performance score of 80! Whereas your homepage has a performance score of 40?
