Expected behavior Access to the mdbootstrap website

Actual behavior MDBootstrap ping I am currently on a VPN to access the website, I can access it via VPN, my phone on data, or on a computer outside my network. I flushed my DNS, disabled my proxy, checked my network adapter settings, checked if the site was blacklisted by my firewall, checked my router, and contacted my ISP. They all came up clean and clear.. I have been able to access this site dozens of times in the past, but as of this morning no dice.. Any ideas?
