Hi, is that possible to link an own bootstrap 4 template with MDB PRO (i.e., using MDB PRO features/plugins in another template)?

We do not guarantee that your template will not have its own js and styles that will interfere with our pro package. It would be perfect if you created such a template based only on our package.
