Hello,

When I received the original email from you that my subscription would be renewed, I tried to log in in order to cancel my subscription. As it was not possible, I wrote an email about that and my intention to cancel my subscription. Unfortunately, my credit card was still charged. I‘ve been able to log in. now and cancel the subscription, but now I‘ve ended up paying for something that I‘m not going to use.

Is there some way to fix this issue?
