You can simply install WordPress on Google Cloud using standard installer:
https://cloud.google.com/wordpress/
Once you will have WP installed you can upload MDW to your theme directory. However, please note that currently we do not develop MDW project therefore I strongly advise to use MDB + our WordPress tutorials on how to create your own WP theme: https://mdbootstrap.com/wordpress-tutorial/
