Can the mdb-date-picker-2 have a display format that is not the same as the data given in the model? We have the data in the standard YYYY-MM-DD but want to localize the view for the user and the input type to DD.MM.YYYY is this possible?

The output and input format should be the same. I recommend changing the date format just before entering it into input. Best regards
