Could you be a little more specific about the code snippet you're not sure of?
Generally, Modals have many useful features that make them what they are, but the very most basic one, which I'd say is them popping up when and where you need them, is handled by Vue itself, so it can be implemented in several ways. Please refer to our Modal docs for more details.
