Topic: Vue Stepper Buttons Localization

janvolkert free asked 4 years ago

I cannot find the correct way to localize the Stepper component. The buttons are next/previous, how can I change that? I also don't understand why it selects indigo as button color whereas it's not in my skin or anywehere - am I missing something here?

Hi, Previously, mdbStepper was available in only one colour - it was quite close to our indigo. Not every component will be affected by the skin, this one requires customization. Since 6.0.0 we have introduced new options and properties to control that. Take a look at this example with customized colours: https://mdbootstrap.com/docs/vue/components/stepper/#color-variations. You can open the API tab on the stepper page and scroll down to Default stepper - data structure - here you can see all available options for next/prev buttons as well as step buttons and horizontal line. The idea is that you can freely adjust active colours, change the styling to outline, etc. I would love to hear your feedback about this component and document. Kind regards, Magdalena
