I dont think there are any good examples of integrating the editable table modal plugin along with form validation.

There are some good examples of injecting data to dynamic modal on button click and receiving it back from modal after save. Currently we don't have an example similar to the one you provided, but I added it to our nice-to-have list and we will add one in the future.
