Topic: Programmatically animate out element
I'm trying to make use of the animations for fading an element out after a click. I tried calling .remove() but it doesn't have any animation with it. Can someone provide an example or instructions on how to accomplish this?

You can try to add fadeOut class to the element and then remove it completely after short delay.
