Expected behavior I used your description to setup a minimal MDB Angular application from

In your advice, you write to include the follwing files into tsconfig.app.json: node_modules/angular-bootstrap-md/scss/bootstrap/bootstrap.scss and node_modules/angular-bootstrap-md/scss/mdb-free.scss
But these files are completly missing... Furtheron the description is probably for an older Angluar version (I am working with Angular 8) Is there some more advice to setup a minimal Angular application with MDB?
I have bought a the PRO version and I am very disappointed from the state of your documentation!
