Topic: Purchased Single Use & Don't have MDBGO 1 Project

Expected behavior I should be able to have 1 custom domain/MDB Pro project.

Actual behavior I receive "Failed To Load License Data"

I have contacted the email address that people have been referred to but have not received any replies yet.

Yes, but this is a licensing restriction for the Premium UI Kit license. It's not a description of a hosting service MDB provides. Please note this part of the detailed description:

If number of projects is unlimited you can use MDB tools in as many projects as you like, so you can have example.com, module.example.com but also example2.com, example.de and any other variation.

We don't mention hosting on MDB PRO pricing. The only valid MDB GO offering can be found here: https://mdbgo.com/pricing/

Please note that MDB GO doesn't include domain registration.

Nevertheless, now we understand how this might be confusing. We'll think about improving the pricing description in order to avoid similar situations in the future.

Please use this link in order to access MDB GO Professional for free for 3 months. Make sure that it suits your needs! We recommend you use your MDB PRO license along with the MDB GO hosting to make the most out of MDB ecosystem. It seems you have purchased the Single Use license for MDB PRO. You are able to use the PRO UI KIT in one of your projects/domains. You should be able to download it here: https://mdbootstrap.com/profile/my-orders

MDB GO hosting is a separate product, you can purchase the hosting here: https://mdbgo.com/pricing/

"The project is defined as a domain / app. Even with 1 project you can have multiple subdomains. I.e. with 1 project you can publish your app on example.com domain, and have an additional module at module.example.com domain. If number of projects is unlimited you can use MDB tools in as many projects as you like, so you can have example.com, module.example.com but also example2.com, example.de and any other variation."
