Hi,

It has now been over two weeks since I sent an email to office@mdbootstrap.com requesting a contract adjustment because I believe I am paying far too much for a tariff that no longer exists, but unfortunately I have not received a reply or confirmation of receipt.

Same on my end. Send email on 5/1 and 10/1. To both hello@mdbootstrap.com and office@mdbootstrap.com. However I had no issue in contacting them and receiving answer quite fast after a couple of days in the past, so my guess is that "sales" is still on holliday or catching up after season hollidays :)
