Is it possible to let Chips go over two lines? Because on small viewports this happens for our users:

No, unfortunately - the idea behind chips was for them to be as concise as possible, and a line break would cause many issues with that. Thanks for reaching out though, if such requests gather in one place the team might actually need to consider adding the functionality one day.
