Topic: Dual Y-Axis Chart

Further to the information provided on this page, is it possible to create a dual y-axis chart? For example, a line chart with 2 y-axes...say, one for volume and one for effectiveness. I am unsure how you would declare the axes and then assign to datasets. Greatly appreciate any help! Thank you.
