I can't get my contact forms to operate in wordpress. I'm trying to get even the basic form to work from the Form section's example (getting a form to send an e-mail in PHP).

What am I missing ? I'm sending the email to the domain's email (not gmail) and thought i did everything right :

Hi Mackenzie,

Do you believe that our UI kit doesn't let you send this form properly to your email on WordPress? Did you create some form using this functionality displayed in the tutorial you linked before without MDB and it worked properly? I am sure that this is a backend problem and an MDB support help with our front end implementation tool. If you are 100% sure that your form works properly without MDB package I will proceed with this support and find the solution in your project but you need to be sure that your logic is flawless. Right now your ticket seems to be just a problem with a tutorial that you found online not an MDB Package related.
