As I look at the Double Navigation examples and looking at a site I'm upgrading. It would be nice to see a "hidden SideNav under fixed Navbar" put in the documentation.

I used RDNavbar which applies the slide open under effect, I would like to switch to MDBootstrap for it. In the meantime, if the request takes a while to create, I can just use the standard "hidden SideNav & fixed Navbar" until then.

And one small irritating thing, the example/sample SideNav links are only in accordions. Make some stationery? Like on MDB's site itself, links like "MDB Pro", "Free templates", etc...
