Expected behavior Checkout and receive proof of purchase
Actual behavior
When filling out the credit card details in the cart, the system returned a time out error, but the charge was made on my credit card.

The reason for the timeout on checkout is that for some time our site has been attacked by hackers who are slowing it down.
