Topic: Sortable Event Callbacks
Good afternoon, I have been looking and I can't find the answer... is there any events that are fired when a sortable element is sorted or an event that fires after a user resorts? Looking for some callbacks.

Are there any solutions or alternatives for this problem? How can I update the sort values in the database without the need to hit a submit button?

That's not achievable with the MDB4 jQuery version. I highly recommend trying our latest product - MDB5, where you can update your table without hitting a submit button. You can check new data tables here: https://mdbootstrap.com/docs/standard/data/datatables/#docsTabsOverview
