Topic: how do I make navbar not to disappear?
*_Expected behavior_*I would like to make navbar stays top when I scroll down and I would like to make the navbar the other way around like show the navbar after the carousel would be nice.
*_Actual behavior_*It disappear after scroll down the top carousel when use the class sticky-top.
