I've tried sending an email to the contact@mdbootstrap.com email address twice and get a bounce back; I am trying to confirm a cancellation.

We will of course cancel your subscription in that case.
When it comes to the email issue, it looks like an error with your sending domain.
- SPF Record Issue: The domain alanjosephproductions.com, which appears to be the "MAIL FROM" domain in your email, has a Sender Policy Framework (SPF) record set to a hard fail policy (-all). However, the email failed SPF checks. SPF is a method used to prevent sender address forgery, where the sending server's IP address is checked against a list authorized by the domain owner.
- IP Address Mismatch: The IP address 78.142.63.236 (presumably your email server's IP) failed the SPF checks because it's not listed as an authorized sender for alanjosephproductions.com.
- Google's Policy on Blocking Emails: Google, which hosts the recipient's email (Gmail), blocks emails that fail such authentication checks to protect its users from spam and phishing attempts.
- Recommended Action: The message suggests visiting a Google support page for information on setting up proper email authentication. This usually involves correcting the SPF record for your domain to include the IP address of the server sending emails on your behalf.
