I encounter a similar issue. Could this be an issue with user data like above too? If so, could you please fix it:

Expected behaviour: A new wordpress basic theme should be installed by mdb Wordpress init

Actual behavior: This command works fine for my free account. But it doesn't work for my premium account:

...
Successfully logged in.
PS D:\xampp\htdocs\WordPress\wp-content\themes\macTigers_mdb5> mdb wordpress init
? This command should be run inside [...]/wp-content/themes directory. Are you sure you want to continue in the current directory? Yes
Error Could not process your request: User not found
...

Please make sure you are logged in and are using the latest version v3.2.3 (run mdb -v).

You can log in using the following command:

$ mdb login

In order to update the CLI you can do it like this:

$ mdb update

alternatevely try

$ npm i mdb-cli -g

I am still getting an error that a user is not found. Could there be something wrong with my account?
