Thanks for contact with us, but This is not possible to achieve with Properties for now. Do you want to request it as a feature?

You can set your styles for these icons with your file.css

For example:

[class*="steps-form"] [class*="steps-step"] button {border: 2px solid red}
[class*="steps-form"] [class*="steps-step"] button i {color: red}
