Topic: I don't know if I should use react with BS4 or BS%

I find that there is a lot of feature that's not implemented in BS5.. Like outline form, button design, etc.
Should I really use BS5 in my new projects ? Can you give me a list of feature missing on BS5 from BS4 please ?
