Do you think it would be something nice to have?

There is no such option as of now, the app serves as a usable showcase / admin temple scaffold, but does not export consecutive pages to be imported by another app.  Pages as components would require a very complex props structure to customize considering the MDB components flexibility, in the end, in my opinion, limiting usability of such solution. I am more than happy to be proven wrong here, though.

Side note: If you already have MDB React Pro, the template pages can be easily recreated by simply copying the JSX into an mdbreact-enabled project.

I have already installed React pro as my "mdbreact" npm package. Is there away to install also admin bundle as npm package?

I would like to distinguish two different sets of issues here.

What 404 is our docs: we still need to plug the React app onto the webpage, so it actually leads to where it is supposed to.
When it comes to React Admin Template Pro (the actual product, downloaded and run locally), it should be sufficient enough to just have the package unzipped, and then, from within the folder's root directory, install the dependencies and run the project using
`npm i` & 'npm start' or 'yarn' & 'yarn start', depending on your node package manager of choice. There should be no 404 there - as the project is run locally and contains all the necessary pages, clicking on positions on sidenav menu should be bringing you to different kinds of places. Is it not the case?
If not, please provide as many details about the way you access the app as possible - we will do our best to retrace possible problem and fix them for everyone's sake.
