React Pro

Ron Lepine asked 6 months ago

Trying to install react pro into a new project. I inserted the it repository into my package.json dependencies object. Not authorized. Is there a way I can point to the downloaded files?

Hi Ron,

Thanks for reaching out! In case of having trouble installing MDB package through NPM using a repo url, one can always to do it manually. Interestingly enough, NPM itself can be installing from a specified, relative path, rather than from online repository, using simply 'npm install .

If that does not work too for any reason, what is left is doing it manually-manually, meaning moving the directory to your main project folder and appending it to in your main JS file:

var mdbreact = require("path/to/mdbreact.js")

. If that's the case, make sure the CSS files get included, too!

With Best Regards,
Kuba
