Topic: react-scripts build vs local issue follow-up

michael.hanna free asked 4 years ago

Hi,

This is in reference to another request that was submitted earlier for which we've received no additional help after the initial response where the support staff thought only a "free" account was being used.

We require urgent help on this, as it is holding up our release cycle.

The original request reads as follows:

We are running into a problem, wherein components either do not work correctly or they are not rendered at all when the web-app is built using the build react-scripts script.

The issue does not appear when using the start react-scripts script.

From landing on a different question, this may be related to the react-scripts version being used. Is there still an incompatibility issue with react-scripts? If so, what is the latest version of react-scripts that is supported by mdb?

Your help is kindly appreciated,

-Matias

Expected behavior

button components rendering

dropdown components showing the item selected

Actual behavior

buttons not rendered

dropdown component does not update displayed value (callback with new value is successfully called - the component just doesn't update visually with the new value)

I'd like to add that based on the original answer we had gotten, that our react-scripts dependency is on the latest version.

Your urgent help is kindly appreciated. Please let me know if any further information is needed.

Hi,

do you have somewhere on gtihub/gitlab your project where I can see these problems? We are using the latest version of react-scripts and I don't see problems in our project in the latest create-react-app version.
