Actual behavior It seems no option in react version even in the Bootstrap 5 version too. Is there any alternative for it or how we can achieve this using data tables?

I'm afraid we don't have such a feature. You have to implement it on your own using i.e. our tables component (https://mdbootstrap.com/docs/b5/react/data/tables/) or use the treeview instead of tables (if possible) :)
