I'm not sure about your question, but I guess you mean - how to configure an application with React, MDB, Bootstrap from scratch?
1) Install Node.js
2) Type npx create-react-app my-app in console
3) After Installation is completed type cd my-app to change location to your application
4)Then type npm install mdbreact bootstrap in console
After all these actions your application is ready to use.
