Currently, there is an event listener for when a chip is added, but would it be possible to get an event listener for before the chip has been added, with a way cancel adding the chip and subsequent events (preventDefault(), etc)?

Either add a new event for when a chip is about to be added, or be able to specify a callback function when newing up a new mdb.chipInput?

We are trying to use chipInputs that only populate after the chip has gone through some sort of validation. Our current implementation is a bit clunky and event handlers or a hook would drastically simplify this.
