Topic: add sortable item to sortable list
Hey all,
I'm trying to add a new item to sortable list. I did it by javascript/jquery but after adding the new item to the sortable list it was not working as a sortlist item (not draggable) allthough it had the sortable-item class. I tried to find a solution how to update the sortable list but could not find a related source...
Anyway is there a way to accombish this operation? * Also I would like to be able to remove sortable items as well. I suppose that there will be not a problem if I just remove the item using jquery

Thank you very much @kpienkowska. I tried to do some testing on removing items but with no luck... Anyway, i have to go on and I will put sortable list on the side for now and if "removeItem" method is available I will give it a try. Thank you and I wish health and success

We currently do not have similar removeItem() method to remove item from sortable list. There is no alternative way to do it either. But we have this idea on our Idea list.
