Topic: Button uppercase, font-size and vertical-align !!
I don't anderstand why buttons (Class btn) are so different than original bootstrap !
In the original bootstrap : text-transform : none font-size : 1rem vertical-align : middle
In mdb : text-transform : uppercase (ugly and not useful) font-size : 0.75rem (poor visibility / readability) vertical-align : bottom (it doesn't make sense ! and horrible if increase height of the button or add icon bigger than text in the button..)
