Topic: Cancelation page is not working.

I am writing to request the cancellation of our subscription associated with Order #149099. Despite our efforts, we encountered difficulties with the cancellation process and were unable to complete it prior to the scheduled renewal date.

We would appreciate your assistance in terminating the subscription effective immediately and confirming the cancellation by return correspondence.

We are not able to pay 2K for the lic of it.

Hi Rafal,

I did sent you back a response and raised the issue with Paypal as well. There is no point of forcing a customer to stay with you guys.
