Topic: cannot access documentation with pro account

Expected behavior I want to read the documentation while logged on with my pro account Actual behavior I get a message: "Note: This component requires MDB Pro Essential package." Resources (screenshots, code snippets etc.) enter image description here

Sorry for the inconvenience. Does the issue still persist? We had problems with our internal infrastructure recently that have been fixed now. Please let me know.

Hi Sebastian, yep still facing the issue. If you on the documentation for a pro element, it doesn't recognise you as a logged in user. An attempt to log in from a pro page is unsuccessful but if you come back to the mdb home page, you're still logged in. Hope this helps.

Hi @ishant, couple hours ago we've had problem with the documentation for Standard version which could have an impact to some of our users. Please let me know if you still can't login on that pages.

Dear users,

we are currently facing an issue with our servers. Some elements of the website may not work properly at this time.

At the moment, there may be problems with:

  • loading content
  • purchases in our store
  • the code for pro components may not display properly in some cases
  • creating snippets will be disrupted
  • there may also occur some issues with logging/registration

The breakdown started yesterday evening, we have our whole team on it today. We are doing everything in our power to fix this.
