Topic: Chart Destroy, Dispose, and Clear Canvas Example
The snippet found at: https://mdbootstrap.com/snippets/standard/kpienkowska/4434713 which tells how to destroy and dispose of a chart instance and clear the canvas is no longer an active link and gives a 404 error.
As pie or doughnut charts which have the option enable to show the percentages on the graphs respond with an error when trying to update the data, I'm coding a work-around that will destroy and dispose of the chart instance and clear the canvas so that I can just redraw the updated chart in the old chart's location.
