Topic: Downgrading subscription

I have been trying to downgrade my subscription - I sent an email to both contact and hello - you responded to my email over 10 days ago but I have not heard back since then.
I am looking to downgrade (with a refund) and then purchase the $99 option.
Also, there is a MDB standard in my shopping cart which I can't remove.
Please let me know how we can proceed.
