Expected behavior Get a refund of my automatic payment. It's a good product that I used with success; I don't need to use it anymore.
Actual behavior I'm trying to get in touch for a week now regarding a refund and there's no reply to emails either "contact", "hello" or the old email address used when initially bought the product . The "other question" button in contact page doesn't work. Resources (screenshots, code snippets etc.)

Since you contacted us shortly after the automatic renewal took place, you will be granted a full refund. You should expect the refunded amount to appear in your account within the next few days, depending on your payment provider.
Additionally, your MDBootstrap subscription has been canceled successfully - from now on, you will no longer be charged for access to MDB premium features.
Please note that without an active subscription, you will no longer be able to use MDB UI Kit.
