I wanna build a lightweight mdb CSS. A custom one. Is there any full list of dependencies?

In our PRO package there are compiled components available as modules. The carousel is a free component, so in order to create a lightweight version you need to build custom MDB. I need just the carousel. How to compile these very small .css and .js? How to use it? I couldn't find what am I looking for.
