Hi

I have been trying to log in since yesterday but it is not working. When I log in and confirm it says "Success, redirecting..." but it is not actually logging me in.

I tried to contact support but they could not solve the problem. I need access urgently, could you please have a look at the problem? Thank you

What do you mean by "it is not actually logging me in"? Does it not refresh the page? Can't you see your avatar in the top-right corner of the screen? What is the problem exactly?

I could not see my avatar in the top-right corner and access Pro codes.
