Expected behavior

I have more than 30 steps how it's possible to have multi-line steps or an arrow to show steps that are not fitted in the screen?

You can use mobile stepper or mobile stepper progress bar. They will look best with that many steps and already have arrows.

This only shows the step number, not the steps name.

We do not have an available solution that much precisely what you need. You can either use stepper vertical on mobile devices or customize one of the available examples.
