Topic: MDB Pro Advance Licence Renewal Issues

We recently renewed our MDB pro advanced 3 licence package via bank transfer and had expected to be able to access the documentation.
We still see the red banner in the MDB documentation saying we don't have access to view pro components. This form is also saying we don't have premium support.
What we've also done in the last 24 hours: Changed emails across from our old email's to our new email domains, wondering if this has something to do with the issue.
