Hi,

I need help with migrating MDB4 Forms styling to MDB5?

I have try to add this snippet MDB4 Form to the project but is not compatible with MDB5:

Unfortunately, we don't have an identical example working for MDB5 - but we do have similar ones. Check it out here: https://mdbootstrap.com/docs/standard/design-blocks/forms/

I had also in mind of removing left, right and top border from input and texarea and adding icons with prefix like in this snippet: https://mdbootstrap.com/snippets/jquery/demzl25/3633198#html-tab-view
