As for snippets, it looks like you have cached data on the page and it is out of date. Refresh the page using the shortcut ctrl + shift + r and try again.
Is the project you want to publish a pure MDB project or do you use some framework/bundler? Are you using any VPN?

The snippet is resolved. It's a pure MDB project. I don't use a VPN.
Please describe how are you doing your imports, and what do yu mean by 'Sandbox isn't working either'?
