*Expected behavior*I want to have access to download or work with the template for my account. It's not opening.*Actual behavior*I paid for The Bundle, which contains everything from the ADVANCED tier for all MDB technologies. I see Access restrictedTo view this snippet, you must have an MDB Pro account in the advanced versionLog in to your account or purchase an MDB Pro Advanced subscription if you are a new user
But I already paid for that in my account. Pease check it. Resources (screenshots, code snippets etc.)

Hi,
Your account permissions have now been fully synchronized.
You should be able to access all MDB Advanced templates and snippets, including the eCommerce templates, without seeing the “Access restricted” message anymore.
We sincerely apologize for the long wait and any inconvenience this may have caused. Thank you for your patience while we resolved this.
If you notice anything else not working as expected, please let us know.
Best regards,
Mateusz

Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with accessing the templates on my MDB Pro account. Despite having an active subscription with the "MDB Advanced Bundle (AI Support)" valid until 2027-01-05, I am unable to access the templates.
When I try to access a template, the following occurs: 1. I navigate to the Templates section and select eCommerce, then the Home page template. 2. Initially, it attempts to load the page at https://mdbootstrap.com/docs/standard/templates/ecommerce/. 3. It then redirects to https://mdbootstrap.com/snippets/standard/mdbootstrap/2515460?view=side. 4. Finally, it redirects to https://mdbootstrap.com/snippets/access-restricted, where I am met with an "Access restricted" message.
The message suggests that I need an MDB Pro account in the advanced version, which I already possess. I have verified that I am logged into the correct account and that my subscription is active.
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue so I can access the templates as intended with my subscription.
Thank you for your help.
Best regards

I don’t understand. Is it possible to download these templates to my computer under my plan?
I don’t need your hosting — I’m using AWS, and I already have a local development environment on my Mac (with a Linux virtual machine).
