Expected behavior

mdb login matches the password and username I have chosen

error messages have content to guide next steps

*Actual behavior*in console, mdb login fails to recognise my username despite providing variations on it

when trying to change my username online, it fails without telling me why

ditto for trying to change password

this may be related to logging in with google.

Resources (screenshots, code snippets etc.)

failed login despite case-sensitive version of given username and non-case sensitive version

failed to tell me anything in error message as to why it failed, when updating password did not allow me to alter username; did not tell me why

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience. Please try logging out and hitting the "Forgot password" link and change the password that way and let me know how that goes.
