I hope this message finds you well. I recently noticed that I was subscribed to a plan, which I hadn't realized. Consequently, I took the necessary steps to cancel it on 6/12, and I haven't downloaded any new plans since then.

Given my current financial circumstances, I request a refund for the $549.00 subscription fee. I appreciate your understanding and assistance with this matter.
