Dear Sir/Madam,

I have previously emails, without response. I tried to disable auto-renew of my subscription as I no longer use Bootstrap MDB, but despite clicking on the “cancel subscription” button, my subscription still seems to have renewed as I have received the following invoice earlier this week.

I would be most grateful if you would arrange a refund of this subscription.

Your subscription has already been cancelled via PayPal.

Keep in mind that if you cancel the subscription directly in the PayPal dashboard, its not necessary to also cancel it on the MDBootstrap.com website.

If you are having issues with the website functionality, please make sure that all adblockers and VPNs are disabled.

Regarding your refund request - since the renewal was processed through PayPal before the cancellation took effect, we will review your case and arrange a refund.
